UX Case Study: Project Echo Tulane Redesign

Problem Statement

1. Maintain and expand a comprehensive electronic repository of training materials and educational resources to support evidence-based treatment of opioid use disorder.
2. Provide training designed to increase the knowledge base and clinical proficiency of prescribers and providers from diverse multi-disciplinary healthcare backgrounds.

Solution

Create a CMS system for information collection and reach out to professional healthcare practitioners to contribute to this system based on evidence. A two-pronged website that can easily handle submissions and monitor content.

My Role

Conduct user interviews and competitor market research before developing personas. Make a plan for incorporating the Information Architecture. Create Low Fidelity Designs, High Fidelity Designs, and Usability Testing for your designs. Create a front-end prototype with 508 accessibility in mind.
